Join us for a transformative Half-Day Hip Mobility & Nervous System Reset Workshop designed to restore balance, unlock deep tension, and leave you feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to your body. You’ll dive into expert-led mobility + fascia release practices to open up your hips, and switch on your powerhouse! Followed by breathwork and nervous system physiological practices to help you reset from the inside out. Expect hot drinks on arrival, nourishing snacks mid-morning, and a wholesome lunch to close a powerful morning of movement and mind-body alignment.

Learn to root through your hands, rise with control, and meet discomfort with calm—from inversion to immersion. You’ll build body awareness, nervous system strength, and leave with tools to carry confidence and clarity into every part of life.
