Hello my name is ...
Joanna and with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve seen firsthand that effective training is never one-size-fits-all. True progress doesn’t come from generic plans—it comes from bespoke programming that aligns with your body, goals, and lifestyle. Whether you want to build strength, improve mobility, enhance endurance, or refine technique, I design sessions that challenge, empower, and excite—so that training isn’t just something you do, but something you genuinely enjoy.

Training That Evolves With You
At the core of my methodology is Strength & Conditioning, building resilience, power, and longevity—but my approach extends far beyond traditional weight training. I blend multiple disciplines to create a dynamic and engaging training experience tailored to your needs:

-
Kettlebells – Harness functional strength and endurance through explosive movement
-
Yoga & Assisted Stretch – Improve mobility, flexibility, and recovery for better performance
-
Animal Flow – Develop body control, coordination, and fluid movement patterns
-
TRX & Boxercise – Build total-body strength, agility, and cardiovascular conditioning
With my qualifications across these disciplines, I create well-rounded, progressive training programs that keep sessions engaging while ensuring consistent, measurable results.

More Than Just a Workout—A Lifestyle Upgrade
Training is about more than exercise—it’s about building confidence, mastering movement, and creating sustainable habits that support long-term health. My approach ensures you train intelligently, move efficiently, and feel stronger—not just in the gym, but in everyday life.

Whether you’re looking to push past your limits, rebuild strength, or cultivate a more balanced approach to fitness, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Let’s get started.
From Numbers to Movement—My Journey into Fitness

I grew up surrounded by numbers, working in my father’s accountancy practice during school holidays. With a natural talent for figures, a career in finance seemed inevitable—but something never quite fit. Sitting for hours, staring at screens, I felt a persistent pull toward something more dynamic, something that made me move.
That moment came unexpectedly—watching a Boxercise class on TV. The energy, the movement, the exhilaration—it was exactly what I was missing. On impulse, I signed up for the instructor course, and before I knew it, I was teaching circuit training and coaching others. That was 20 years ago—before fitness was mainstream, especially for women—but I was hooked. Personal training quickly followed, cementing my passion for helping people build strength, confidence, and resilience.

Alongside fitness, I carved out a career in the fast-moving world of computer games, taking on an operational leadership role in an industry as vibrant and ever-evolving as fitness itself. Over eight years, I helped scale a company from 25 to 350 employees, securing AAA clients and investment partnerships, shaping a business in one of the most innovative industries.

Yet, through every milestone, my commitment to coaching and education never wavered. Weekends were spent leading workouts at F45 Tower Bridge, teaching skill workshops to other personal trainers, and traveling the world to complete global instructor certifications—constantly expanding my skill set and refining my approach.

Now, after moving from London to the Cotswolds, I’m ready to bring my breathwork practice into the mix—combining strength, movement, and nervous system regulation to help people find balance, build resilience, and create lasting change—one breath at a time.
